By accessing and using Loinix ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

"User", "you", or "your" refers to anyone who accesses the Platform. "Seller" refers to users who post ads for sale. "Buyer" refers to users who purchase items. "Content" refers to all information, data, text, images, and other materials posted on the Platform (including ads).

3. Eligibility

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• •You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Obligations

• •Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• •Not impersonate any person or entity
• •Not harass, threaten, or harm other users

5. User Verification

Loinix requires all sellers to complete verification including phone, email, and identity verification. We reserve the right to verify, re-verify, or refuse verification at any time. Verified status may be revoked for violations of these Terms.

6. Ads and transactions

• •Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and photos of items in their ads
• •Sellers must honor the advertised price and terms
• •Sellers are responsible for the condition and authenticity of items
• •Buyers must pay for items as agreed
• •All transactions must be completed through the Platform
• •We are not party to transactions between users
• •We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items

7. Payment and Escrow

• •All payments are processed through our secure payment system
• •We use escrow to hold funds until transaction completion
• •We charge a 10% platform commission on all sales
• •Funds are released to sellers after buyer confirmation or 21 days
• •Disputes may extend the escrow holding period
• •Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

8. Prohibited Items and Activities

• •Illegal items or services
• •Counterfeit or stolen goods
• •Weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials
• •Adult content or services
• •Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• •Spam or unsolicited advertising
• •Harassment or abusive behavior

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

10. AI Fraud Detection

We use artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to monitor transactions and detect fraudulent activity. These systems analyze patterns, behaviors, and data to protect our community. By using the Platform, you consent to this monitoring.

11. Dispute Resolution

• •Disputes do not release users from payment obligations

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not release you from outstanding obligations.

13. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER CONTENT OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loinix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
